Can I receive a free trial?
We understand that you want confidence in our solutions before committing, and we will always work hard to ensure you and any stakeholders have that.
Right now, we don’t provide access to a free downloadable version of our software solutions as we work with each client to ensure all desired data sources are indexed and connected properly and securely to ensure the best product experience.

Is Frisk Australian owned and/or operated?
Frisk has been proudly Australian owned and operated since its inception.
Our head office is based in Adelaide, South Australia, with staff located both on our premises as well as on-site with our clients.
Our service team are also based in Adelaide.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers feel supported by a dedicated team that is committed to helping them get the most out of their Frisk solutions, as well as working with our clients on bespoke requirements.
Through our Data Science Consulting services, we often work with clients on custom Large Language Models, Machine Learning projects and other solutions, which can also be integrated back into our software solutions for self-service.
Do you offer customer support for technical issues and enquiries?
Yes, we have an Australian-based customer service team dedicated to assisting with any questions or concerns, accessible through an online service portal.
Coverage for this service is built into the licensing arrangement when purchasing the solution.
How can I enquire about employment/work experience at Frisk?
