ATO contracts Frisk for another 3 years

For the past 13 years, our team at Frisk has been dedicated to creating agile business solutions for our clients through the delivery of artificial intelligence and data augmentation to aid decision optimisation.

In simple terms, we exist to help clients unlock the extraordinary and often hidden power of their business data. We are proud to say one of our clients is the Australian Tax Office.

I’m thrilled to announce that Frisk has been contracted by the ATO for another 3 years, the third contract over the past six years. I believe this is testament to the adaptability and world-class ability of the Frisk technology. 

The ATO initially contracted Frisk to help enable better searching, identification of themes across disparate data repositories and democratisation of the data that could be accessed.

Over the past 6 years, Frisk has operated seamlessly within the ATO’s IT environment to increase the accessibility of more than 1.2 billion records and documents in Oracle Siebel CRM and many other ATO systems.

We are grateful to the ATO for their continued support and remain dedicated to creating effective solutions that meet their needs.

Thinking ahead, I am also excited about the ongoing evolution of Frisk’s capabilities, and the potential to share its power with even more government departments, businesses deploying Siebel technology, and private organisations in industries such as defence and mining & energy. There will be much more to report on that in the near future.
